Cartoon Synopsis:

Swifty and Shorty are going on an ocean cruise aboard the S.S. Playtime when a one-legged captain tricks them to board his ship, the Sea Grouch. The captain intends to make the boys bait for a whale that he has been obsessing about. Once Swifty and Shorty figure out what is going on, they find themselves running for their lives and end up on the whale's back. The story ends with the captain on an island chasing Swifty and Shorty on the whale!
