Golden Joe refuses to take an IQ test at school, so he fails it. Golden Joe claims that it was a racist test, not at all suitable for the hiphop subculture. The Eye and the Cop meet with the school faculty to discuss it, and end up getting jived by a white-bread computer nerd.
