Cartoon Synopsis:

Dexter needs $200 million to pay his bill from NASA. He tries many ways to make cash, including asking his dad, a lemonade stand, weaseling out of his debt, having a garage sale, and making it in a machine. Nothing works, so in desperation, he tries to steal the amount from Dee Dee, who won it in the Publisher's Sweeping House Sweepstakes.
