Synopsis for the TV Cartoon Reaction, Watch Video

When the Green Dragon sabotages Otto Octavius by fusing his mechanical arms to his body, the newly created Doctor Octopus must find a new power source while being pursued by Spectacular Spider-Man. Unaware that the Green Goblin is sabotaging the procedure, Dr. Otto Octavius is conducting another experiment with mechanical arms wirelessly linked to a chip installed in his brain. Following a loud explosion, the chip disappears, and left in its place is a true megalomaniac: Doctor Octopus. But there's just one problem. Because the power source fueling his arms was only designed to last for a few days, "Doc Ock" needs something more permanent. Meanwhile, Gwen's worried about Harry, and she's even beginning to suspect that he's on something. While Harry denies it, Peter's too distracted by Doc Ock to heed Gwen's concerns. In reality, Harry's on something, but he has no regrets, having concluded that a few blackouts are a small price to pay.
