Cartoon Synopsis:

Dexter has better things to do than study for his French test. At the last minute, he sticks a scratchy old record into his Subconscious-disk-o-graphic hypno-tator and only learns a single French phrase when the record starts skipping. Even Dee Dee figures out that all he can say is "omelet de fromage." Weirdly, this becomes the answer to every problem or situation that arises during the day.
