Cartoon Synopsis:
In the autumn, the Aardvark tries to catch the Ant while he's gathering food for the winter, but his scheme backfires. Later, when snow covers the ground, the Aardvark finds the ant hole and tries to eat the Ant there, but the Ant makes the Aardvark suck up a fire, which makes him run to a lake to put the fire out. The Aardvark tries to hibernate for the rest of the winter until spring thaw, but a grouchy bear is sleeping in his bed. After a few backfiring gags, the Aardvark ignores a "Danger Thin Ice" sign at the lake and uproots it, making him sink into the lake. Freezing cold, the Aardvark goes back to his invaded premises and turns up the heat on his electric blanket. The bear (also having the electric blanket) becomes too hot and kicks the Aardvark back into the freezing lake, and the Aardvark becomes freezing cold again. By the end of the cartoon, the still freezing Aardvark is holding a sign saying "To Miami or Bust," and trying to thumb a ride on any of the passing cars.
