Cartoon Synopsis:

It's Mother's Day, but Bessie learns that Happy can't bring himself to celebrate with the Higgenbottoms because he doesn't know where his own mom is. Bessie goes around town looking for her. Just when they've given up hope, a dog shows up at the door -û it's Happy's mom! Once she's found, she starts to teach Happy to break Bessie's rules. It soon becomes clear that she isn't a courteous houseguest, and she isn't even all that nice to Happy, her own son.
