Cartoon Synopsis:

A poor little boy with holes in his shoes is broke and hungry. He is looking into the window of a sweet shop after hours and dreaming of all the mouth-watering goodies inside. The glass breaks, and he falls through the window. He saves one of the candy men, who's so thankful that he gives the youth one wish. The wish is to live in Candytown forever. The boy is reduced in size and takes the train to Candytown, where he is in chocolate, jelly bean and bon bon heaven. Everything that he ever wanted is free. The jelly beans run a miniature train. The boy gets to ride in it and go all through Candytown, where he meets its characters. A toy piano is brought in. Out pop the Three Stooges –- and why not? It's a Columbia short, and the Stooges were some of the most popular Columbia artists –- plus studio boss Harry Cohn probably didn't have to pay them a dime. The Stooges are on for about 30 to 45 seconds and do their thing, with plenty of punching, eye-gouging and general mayhem. The gay parade is all set to "Jingle Bells" and other classic tunes. The cartoon ends with a giant fireworks display, as the young boy will now have a happy future.
