Cartoon Synopsis:

Bent on becoming loggers, a group of surfer dudes takes French-Canadian beavers hostage in Baja California. Negotiator I.M. Weasel succeeds in getting them to agree to release the hostages if he brings them a redwood forest to chop down- but not before vacationing policeman Baboon decides to do some negotiating of his own.
