Great animation, timing, and wisecracks!

After forgetting to take "that left turn at Albequerque", Bugs finds himself in one heck of a bullfight with a huge and relatively intelligent bull, who manages to match wits fairly well with our favorite wabbit, er rabbit.
The animation, expression, timing, wisecracks, etc. are hard to beat in this one...
"What a NIN-COW-POOP!" That is worth the price of admission, Folks!

This is definitely one of my favorites! The best thing about this cartoon, like so many, are the facial expressions of Bugs and the bull!

Best bullfight I ever saw!

The dances to classics like La Cucaracha and Mexican Hat Dance are great! especially the slaps across the bull's face! Especially hilarious are the bows alternated between the Bull and Bugs trying to outwit each other! And hearing the classic Bugs line of "Of course you know this means war" alone makes this cartoon worth watching!

The comic timing is sensational. I cannot hear the Mexican hat dance without wanting to slap someone's face. The use of expressions, close ups and camera angles in animation doesn't get any better than this offering by Chuck Jones. Bugs does not have his way with the bull throughout the picture but he wins out with one of the greatest climaxes in film history.
