This is, without a doubt, one of the funniest cartoons ever created. If you haven't seen it, it is MUST viewing for any real animation film buff. I haven't been able to track down any copy on DVD or VHS, but this classic cartoon is one that you will tell others about and want to see over and over agin.

Haven't seen this in years, but it is my favorite Chilly Willy cartoon. Whenever I hear the song, Rockabye Baby, in my head, I am singing it really fast like the polar bear, and picturing him rocking the watchdog.
