Max is smoking a cigarette as he completes an illustration of a large cigar. Koko wants to smoke it. Fitz tries a puff, gets sick, and has hallucinations. Max's co-worker, George is smoking away as the Fire Marshal played by Dave Fleischer enters. George notices a "No Smoking" sign, and preceeds to suck up all the evidence of smoke and avoid a citation.
