Betty flounces into this cartoon in full queenly regalia, attended by a retinue of hangers-on of varied species. Her lecherous Vizier gets into a rivalry with Bimbo over Betty's affections (mostly it's her be-gartered legs that set them off -- she puts them on pointedly erotic display in this 'toon! This isn't only pre-Code . . . it's why the code got written!)
