BCDB: Cartoon Reviews: Scouting For Trouble

AH, Jeepers and Creepers! Let's face it: I have a weakness for Doggies-As-Humans cartoons. Actually, these Paramounts from the early 60's have crappy animation (the only "full animation" is of the mouths!), but this one's the cream of the crop......I like when con-man Jeepers gets his in the end (which isn't always the case) and that expression on his face.
