BCDB: Cartoon Reviews: The Hairy Scarey Houndman

The Houndman was without a doubt the corniest getup for a bad guy to come up with for any cartoon from the seventies, his trademark was to be a menacing, wolf-like howl, and it is upon being captured and realizing it, the Houndman delivers his calling card that one last time and it really does lift up the effect of the show.
I don't think any other bad guy in a cartoon was so noble upon defeat. Thankfully, the regulars in the show make it work anyway.
