Production Notes:
A commercial short made for the Bristol-Myers Company. This was originally produced (at a cost of $9,000) as a soft-sell commercial for Bristol-Myers' Ipana toothpaste.
Bristol-Myers planned to give theaters 50 cents a seat to run the cartoon, but something happened and this never came about. Gene Castle, head of Castle Films, bought the cartoon (removing two plugs for Ipana) and released it for the home market.
Adapted from Gene Byrnes' comic strip "Reg'lar Fellers."
There are vocal caricatures of popular 1930s radio personalities Fred Allen, Joe Penner and Ed Wynn.
