Production Notes:

The opening credits feature an unusual song that was used only once, for this cartoon.

Due to stereotyped images of black natives (the panda hunters), this cartoon is no longer seen on TV.

Animation is reused from "Life Begins for Andy Panda."

Andy refers to the turtle (who talks like Jack Benny's valet, Rochester) as "Mr. Whippletree." Model sheets referred to him simply as "Rochester Turtle."
