Production Notes:
Andy's pop, a cantankerous old coot, sounds suspiciously like W.C. Fields.
By this time, Poppa Panda had become such a success that Lantz decided to have him star in his own cartoon. It should be noted that although this is an Andy Panda cartoon, Andy Panda himself does not appear in this rare solo outing by his dad. Andy's mother does make a cameo appearance, however.
Reissued for television as "Goofy Roofer."
