The rooster in this cartoon is an early version of the Andy Panda comic book character, Charlie Chicken.
Reissued as "Andy Panda's Garden" by Castle Films.
Reissued as "Springtime for Andy" for television.
First appearance of Charlie Chicken. Charlie would only appear in one more cartoon, but was featured prominently in the comic books (usually paired with Andy Panda).
