Production Notes:
Betty has blossomed into the Boopster we all know and love. She plays a gold-digger. The sexual allure which helped to make her one of the most popular cartoon characters shines through. She is joined by Koko The Clown, who was created by the Fleischer brothers back in the 1920s, and by Bimbo, a doglike creature who predated Betty as the Fleischers' first talking-era cartoon star.
Lyrics to "Then I'll Be Happy:"
I want to have a fur coat, Have a fur coat, Not until then will I be happy! I want a man from somewhere Who has a fox or a bear, Not until then will I be happy!
Oh, I could kiss that man! Oh, I could love him a lot; If I could find that man, I'd give him all that I've got!
I want to have a fur coat Of a bear or a goat, And not until then will I be happy!" "
Alternate Titles:
"A-Hunting We Will Go" and "Fur" (Working Title).
