Production Notes:

Did you know that every garden has a gnome? Our garden has Gordon the Gnome, and he's quite special. Gordon knows almost all there is to know about the plants and flowers that he looks after. He's at one with nature and does all he can to protect the environment.

Gordon The Garden Gnome follows the adventures of Gordon and his garden friends. There's Gordon's best friend, Andrew the Worm; a thoughtful mole called Morris; a fish of few words named Bob, a design-conscious squirrel called Daphne; and the ever-twittering Sparrow sisters, Mimi and Fifi.

Each day, Gordon wakes up and looks at his magic calendar to see what his day will hold. He and Andrew then head off to do the day's gardening and help the environment. Whether it be growing the biggest vegetable for the Chief Gnome or trying to stop cheeky slugs Lez and Dez from eating everything out of Gordon and his friends' gardens, Gordon and his friends all work together and have a great time.

The narrator (and voice of Gordon), Alan Titchmarsh, is a British gardening guru and well-loved television personality.
