Production Notes:

Sixty-five years after he helped to create "Tom and Jerry‚" legendary director‚ Joe Barbera‚ returns with this new theatrical short filled with martial arts mayhem and traditional cartoon craziness. This would be the last cartoon Mr. Barbera directed.

Animation took place over several years until producer-animators Spike Brandt and Tony Cervone were able to secure funding to finish the cartoon.

First aired on Cartoon Network on January 27, 2006.

Alternate Titles: "Tom And Jerry: The Karateguard" and "Tom And Jerry: The Karate Guard."
