Fred 'Tex' Avery's last theatrical cartoon.
Named after the label on which it was released in the United States, the Okeh Laughing Record is believed to have been recorded originally in Germany shortly after World War I by an anonymous tavern owner and his wife, who both had infectious laughs that they could turn on and off at will. (The cause of the laughter on the record was an inept trumpet performance.)
