Production Notes:
The first of only two cartoons based on "Count Screwloose of Tooloose," created by Milt Gross as a Sunday strip in 1929 for the New York World. The comic strip had a dog named Iggy, not "J.R. the Wonder Dog," which was created for the MGM cartoons.
