Todd, his dog Bully, his friend Dot and her cat Mitzy experience life in Silly City. Geared for 2- to 5-year-olds, the series brings home the idea "it's OK to be different," encouraging individuality and creativity.

Based on the award-winning, internationally best-selling Little, Brown and Company books by author-illustrator Todd Parr, the ToddWorld series is centered on Todd, an artistic, offbeat young boy, and his eclectic group of friends. Todd Parr's signature art style features a palette of bright colors and bold lines, giving the series a unique visual importance distinct from anything in the TV landscape today.

Short-form programming packaged into a half-hour format with tailor-made interstitial programming.

The series began airing five days a week on TLC's Ready Set Learn! commercial-free block for preschoolers, and two times a day, five days a week on the Discovery Kids Channel in the fourth quarter of 2004. ToddWorld also premiered on Australia's number one children's broadcaster, ABC Kids, in early 2005.
