Production Notes:
Part of "Together for Children," a 10-part animated feature initiated by the Italian UNICEF Committee.
Ten countries (Mexico, East Germany, Canada, Finland, the Soviet Union, Hungary, Italy, Sweden, Poland and Great Britain) combined to illustrate the 10 principles of the United Nations Charter for Children.
A ballot drawn from a hat decided which nation should produce each principle. Halas and Batchelor Cartoon Films was chosen to represent British animation. It drew the final principle, No. 10.
Principle 10 of the United Nations Charter for Children: "The child shall be protected from practices which may foster racial, religious or any other forms of discrimination."
Alternate Title:
"Ten For Survival."
