Production Notes:

Though popularly known as "We're in the Money," the title tune is actually titled "The Gold Diggers' Song," written by Al Dubin (lyrics) and Harry Warren (music) and first used in the film "Gold Diggers Of 1933." In that movie version, Ginger Rogers sings a chorus of the tune in Pig Latin!

The last of the Merrie Melodies produced by Hugh Harman and Rudolf Ising, and the last directed by Ising.

Retitled "Midnight Follies," apparently for early TV release.

Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy are caricatured. A doll impersonates Mae West.

Traditional, Hand-drawn Animation.
