Based on the Argentinian comic written by Carlos Trillo and drawn by Carlos Meglia.

This is one of the few Japanese anime that premiered outside the country. It was not aired in Japan until late 2000.
In the series, Cybersix must drink the green "substance" of an army of mutants to stay alive. The producers assured American networks that this was not blood.
