Production Notes:
Terrence Monck has been widely (and incorrectly!) credited as the voice of Michigan J. Frog. As noted in our credits, Bill Roberts, a nightclub entertainer in Los Angeles in the 1950s.
The new building being erected by the unfortunate construction worker is the Tregoweth Brown Building. Tregoweth Brown is the full name of Warner Bros. cartoon sound effects man Treg Brown.
Songs performed by Michigan J. Frog: "Hello, My Baby," "The Michigan Rag," "I'm Just Wild About Harry," "Please Don't Talk About Me When I'm Gone," "Come Back to Erin."
In 2003, One Froggy Evening was one of 25 films added by the Library of Congress' National Film Preservation Board to the National Film Registry.
