Gower Gulch was the nickname of a Los Angeles neighborhood which was home to several low-budget film studios.

Porky's final line at the end when he is made the new sheriff, "Lucky for him(Daffy), it is a one-horse town" is cut from current TV prints.

Songs include: "The Flower of Gower Gulch" (Michael Maltese), Performed by Porky Pig.

Daffy as Mr. Everyman never soared for me, and he doesn't here as a sheriff with Porky as his deputy.
I have never cared for any Daffy-Porky teamings anyway and that includes Duck Dodgers.
