Potato Head Kids is a television series based that originally aired in 1985 as a segment of My Little Pony 'n Friends show.

My Little Pony aired the first 15 minutes of the show, with the second half rotating between Potato Head Kids (1985 season) or MoonDreamers, and The Glo Friends (1986 season).

This was the first time that the Mr. Potato Head characters appeared in animation.
