Production Notes:

Though developed as a George and Junior cartoon, the characters were changed to two regular dogs during production. The short was finally released as an MGM cartoon after the George and Junior series ended.

One scene has the duck and both hunters running out of color when they pass the "Technicolor Ends Here" sign. They have to backtrack in a hurry to get their color back.

The blackface scene with the hunter dogs is cut from modern T.V. prints.
