The first Betty Boop cartoon under her own banner (her previous cartoons were Talkartoons, and Screen Song)... and the first cartoon in which she was named.
The reference to the Helen Kane imitation was removed from the original negative during the Helen Kane lawsuit in 1934 in order to avoid evidence of a deliberate attempt at imitating Miss Kane, which was indeed true. Today all prints are without the talking poster of Miss Kane, and a very audible splice is heard where the footage was cut and spliced back together.
