This series was of animated cartoons that take popular songs of the day and combined Famous Studios animated stars in an effort for audience singalongs.

The print reviewed had the original Paramount titles. The "A Paramount Picture" logo was cut from the beginning and ending prints for an amount of time.

Watch for a cameo appearance of Herman the Mouse as the music conductor at the end.

The end gag goes into the hole of one of the instruments before it had shown the Paramount logo. This was cut from TV prints for a length of time.

Re-released by U.M.&M. TV Corporation as "Camp Town Races."

Traditional, Hand-drawn Animation.

Why does this cartoon by PARAMOUNT have the WARNER BROTHERS' "Merrie Melodies (or Looney Tunes)" theme at the end? Also, what is up with the "blacked out" portion just before the sing-along? Did something get censored? I...  (read more)
