Production Notes:
The running time makes this making it one of the longest Warner Bros. cartoons ever produced.
The hiding sequence is reused in both 1944's "Tom Turk And Daffy" and 1949's "Holiday For Drumsticks."
This short is considered by Chuck Jones to be 'the very first Chuck Jones' cartoon. That is, the first to show his unique style. This landmark experiment in limited animation set the style for Warner Bros. cartoons of the next 15 years.
Songs include: "Sweet Genevieve (Parody)" (Tucker-arr. Carl Stalling), Chorus; "While Strolling Through the Park One Day" (Ed Haley-arr. Carl Stalling), Chorus.
