Doc McStuffins is an imaginative animated series about six-year-old Dottie "Doc" McStuffins, who communicates with and heals stuffed animals and toys out of her backyard clinic. The series highlights the importance of taking care of oneself and others, while showcasing the hallmarks of great Disney storytelling - fantasy and wish fulfillment. The Hollywood Health & Society division of the USC Annenberg Norman Lear Center serves as the health and medical consultant for the series, advising on core health issues that are relevant to young kids and families.
This is the first series commissioned for the Disney Junior blocks on the Disney Channel.
Each 30-minute episode consists of two cartoons.
