Cartoon Production Information:

To the untrained eye, Skipper, Kowalski, Rico and Private are four adorable penguins living in the Central Park Zoo. But behind closed doors in their secret headquarters, these penguins act as an elite strike force with unmatched commando skills! Their mission? To maintain order in the zoo. And they do a darn good job until an obnoxious new neighbor, King Julien, comes onto their turf. The self-proclaimed "King of the Lemurs," King Julien is a party animal who's looking to shake things up for the fearsome foursome!
