If "Ninotchka" was the film where Garbo smiled, "Hotsy Footsy" is the film where Magoo dances. Very well in fact, so he can be forgiven for mangling the title song. Much of the plot involves Magoo trying to find his luck-of-the-draw partner...  (read more)
