This gem comes in second only to One Froggy Evening and What's Opera Doc. Dover Boys can be enjoyed on its own. But to totally appreciate the humor, you have to be familiar with its context, as in knowing what neighborhood air raid wardens or meat...  (read more)

This is my favorite Warner Bros. Cartoon not to include a principal looney tune character. It is really funny and has nicely drawing techniques done by Chuck Jones. Also Dan Backslide is a really silly villian too. The songs here are...  (read more)
