Cartoon Summary:

In this fantasy, an aging violin teacher gets hot up for rent by his miserly landlord, so his music-loving cat, Johann Sebastian, goes to the city to earn the money to pay the rent for his master. He tries for work in an antique shop, in a stage production and a library in his wanderings. Although he thinks that he keeps failing in his jobs, everyone finds him "marvelous," and the needed money is raised in the happy ending of this fantasy. Near the beginning, Johan pulls out one of those 3-D stereoscopic postcard viewers to cheer the old man up. Johann's resourcefulness and success are reminiscent of Puss in Boots.
