Cartoon Summary:

What if Tarzan was a girl and had grown up in Central Park instead of the African jungle, and what if her best friend wasn't a chimp, but a squirrel?

What if the first human she made friends with turned out to be the mayor's son? Toupou is an eight-year-old orphan who has grown up in the midst of Central Park like a real wild child. She's alone with the pigeons and the squirrel. Until along comes Norton, the well-behaved little son of the mayor of New York. What could be stranger, more explosive and more enlightening than the meeting of these two diametrically opposed worlds? As Norton is going to emerge from his shell and turns into a fearless adventurer, Toupou is going to encounter our so-called "civilization."

Toupou and Norton prove that you can be worlds apart and still be the best friends. Together, Toupou and Norton are unbeatable.
