Cartoon Summary:


In the Japanese fishing village of Titipu, preparations are underway to welcome the Emperor to the annual cherry blossom festival. During the welcoming ceremony, Koko, the Major and town tailor of Titipu commits the unforgivable sin of winking at Kataisha, the Emperor's future daughter-in-law. He is promptly banished to the deepest dungeon under the sentence of death for flirting. Koko becomes embroiled in a deception when the Emperor's son Nanki Poo falls in love with the beautiful Yum Yum and pretends to be executed. The deception is discovered but the Emperor decides to forgive everyone and gives his blessing for a double wedding.
