Cartoon Summary:

Scrappy vs. the Champ in an (unusually fast-paced) entry in this series. The big race is on- via horseback, racing cars and finally aboard First World War fighter planes (complete with working machine guns!). This competition-based episode is reminiscent of the Fleischer Popeye series, complete with a globular (and black-faced?) Bluto-ish Champ.
