Cartoon Summary:

An assassination attempt on the life of the great leader Pericles crisscrosses with Hercules stealing a dangerous weapon from Phil's collection in order to impress the arrogant barbarian high school junior, Tempest the Amazon. When Phil gets framed for the deed, Hercules and Tempest must race against time before he's executed and the real assassin succeeds in destroying the great leader of Athens. And time IS of the essence- especially with Icarus at the head of your legal team... this ep features an amusing little song, "Pericles Of Athens," sung by the Muses.
