Cartoon Summary:

Oversensitive, defoliated nebbish Petey Pate cracks from years of everyone finding his cruelly perfect name amusing. Vowing to become an Arch-Villain to gain society's respect, Petey kidnaps Pearl Pureheart to lure Mighty Mouse into his thick cheese-spewing weapon. But Petey's spurting conical rod proves no match for the heroic rodent, and the captured Petey winds up with his bald head pictured on front pages everywhere, though in black and white, defeating the purpose of his colorful third-degree chrome dome tan.
