Cartoon Summary:


Donald is washing windows on a skyscraper, with Pluto as his assistant. Seems Pluto's job description seems to be hauling the rope for the platform and refilling buckets but mostly sleeping. When things are finally under control, Donald makes the mistake of tormenting a bee.
