Cartoon Summary:

The New England town of Salem is plagued by the appearance of Melissa Wilcox, a witch burned at the stake in 1778. The townspeople think that the witch is reincarnated as Arlene Wilcox, her direct descendant. Arlene calls her friends, Scooby-Doo and crew, to help her out. rick-or-treating Shaggy and Scooby is capruted by the townsmen on Halloween night, mistakenly believing that Arlene ha turned herself into a dog. The gang rescues their pals and then sets off after the "real" witch. The pursuit leads to the cemetery where the witch is captured and revealed to be Arlene's evil twin, who wanted Arlene out of the way so she could have the Wilcox family inheritanc
