Cartoon Summary:

Orlando the cat puts on a pair of boots too small to be worn by his master Jacques. But to Orlando's surprise, the boots are really the cat's meow, as they turn out to be magic. While wearing them, Orlando has the ability to speak. He becomes spunky, brash and lovable.

With his magic boots, Orlando easily gets people to do certain things, but all for the good of the community, of course! He helps his master, a penniless man, to get money and woo the affections of the king's daughter. Orlando the cat then goes on to make the lives around him happy and loving.
