Cartoon Summary:

What's a troubled TV network to do when the ratings are falling and the executives' blood pressure is rising? Why, hire Bugs Bunny as programmer, then sit back and watch what happens to the hare-waves!

Bugs is hired as the mastermind of QTTV, tailoring the shows to fit the audience- with the usual looney results. Bugs looks over some promising hits: Tweety as a cagey detective, Pepe Le Pew as an odorous soap-opera Romeo, and Daffy Duck as TV's most gruesome quiz-show host. Yet in spite of sabotage attempts by that counter-programmer Yosemite Sam (and his half-wit helpers Daffy Duck and Elmer Fudd), the show does go on. But will the ratings go up? Toon in and find out!
