Cartoon Summary:

Betty appears in a stage play lampooning Victorian melodramas and old silent movie serials. She can't pay the rent on her mortgage, and a villain named Heeza Rat (sporting a black top hat, white tie, black tails and black mustache) threatens foreclosure. This is vintage Betty with many surreal moments. She vamps it up with a musical number called "No More." After a series of clever sight gags, she's finally rescued from the nasty villain by a musclebound heartthrob named Fearless Freddie.
